Hey there,
The placement scenario varies from year to year especially in chemical engineering of Haldia Institute of Technology.
In 2017, various core companies recruited students from HIT like Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., Adani Wilmar, Topchem Cement, Praxair, Wacker, S.G Biogas, IR Chemicals, Oriental Nicco, Chemtex, Voith Paper, Sanmar, and Almal.
Many IT companies mass recruited chemical engineers like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc.

Aeronautical engineering is a study about the design and systems of an aircraft. It involves practical and theoretical understanding of materials, assembling parts, testing and maintenance of aircrafts. Professional engineers working in this domain have to be licensed aeronautical engineers.

Hi there,
SVNIT is amongst the top 10 NITs of India and also one of the oldest technical institutes. It was established in 1961 with just 3-4 branches and mechanical was one amongst them.
So, being among the oldest institutes and one of the oldest core branches, the department is well settled and well equipped with the required necessary labs also a no. of new labs have been constructed which will mostly start in this academic year. It has faculty members with ocean of knowledge in various fields of Mechanical Engineering.

CS Department at NIE was started in the year 1983 as per now it has four Professors, five Associate Professors , Nine Assistant Professors and eight Lecturers. The department has received the World Bank grant under TEQIP. The department is a recognized centre for academic research and has produced Doctorates. It has qualified professors as research guide and 17 candidates are pursuing Ph.D.

GGSIPU has just one college that offers chemical engineering- USCT (University School of Chemical technology) situated in the main campus of IPU in Dwarka. The placements in chemical engineering at IPU are pretty mediocre and hardly any top companies come to recruit at the campus. That said, if you happen to have the knowledge of the domain and are able to secure a good rank in the college, chances are good that you might land a decent job. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), is part of the Gargantuan Dayanand Sagar Institutions (DSI) campus which spreads over acres of land and is home to several other sister institutes. The quality of teaching is fairly good. Recently the college had received the NAAC grading A. It's an autonomous college, so the syllabus in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, [DSCE] Bangalore is updated regularly.

MIT School of Engineering is affiliated to Manipal Institute of Technology. It is one of the most reputed college in India.
Placements: The placements of MIT are surprisingly good for almost every branch. The CSE department have had a 100% accuracy when it comes to placements and it is the same every year with an average package for these two branches being around 10-15 lakhs per annum (LPA).
