Hi,
The placements of VNIT CSE are the best, as compared to the other departments/branches. Many top companies, like Morgan Stanley, Amazon, etc. visit here every year. The packages are not that high, as compared to CSE of IITs or CSE of top NITs, but still better than that of some other NITs, and the private colleges. Youll definitely get a job, with a decent package, at a reputed company. Moreover, the NIT tag, as well as the reputed company tag, would further enhance your growth in the future.
Unfortunately, the scope of getting international packages is negligible or almost null. No international offer has been made this year or for

CSE have better placements. ECE don't have many placements. that's why ECE students also get placed in IT companies out of interest.
This is the sector in which we leave many good colleges behind. The placements in our college have been good even during the worst of market times. Coming to average package and the highest one, the average package is around 3.5 Lacs and the highest package last year offered was 27 Lacs by Amazon. We have many companies visiting our campus from Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, etc. The placements are better in CSE as compared to ECE.
Placement and job opportunity are excellent around 85 companies come during

CSE placements in CV Raman College of Engineering are quite good. Let me tell the reasons for. First and foremost reason is we are given training in c+ and core java, etc. This process starts from the first year and with that a specialised training in BEC or Business English Communication is given by British Council. Don't worry these all are certification courses so by this we hold an upper hand on IT companies. The package in CS varies from 16 Lacs per annum to 3.5 Lacs per annum in 2017 highest package is offered by sap lab that is 9 Lacs per annum and the placement is still going on. The most prominent recruiters are Infosys, TCS, W

If you're asking about the placements for computer science at Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, you've made several right choices already. There are a lot of companies which come for computer science students since Bangalore itself has a lot of IT companies. There is a wide range of salary packages, here, on behalf of the companies that come. They range from 2.4 Lacs per annum (Accenture, IBM) to 21 Lacs per annum (Unitech Transfer). Last year, 85% students were placed. There is no end to the companies which come to the campus for recruitment, and they keep coming from the second week of August till the last week o

Since you're looking for civil engineering, and placements are the priority, I'd suggest you to look for other colleges. As far as civil engineering is concerned, they are one of the least preferred departments when it comes to campus placements. This year, there are only two out of the fourteen companies which have come so far, which are asking for civil engineering students. Though their curriculum is easier than the other branches, the department of civil engineering lags behind in terms of placements, even when mass recruiters such as Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture and Wipro Technologies are concerned. Core companies do not c
