B.Tech Placement

According to NIRF reports 2023, 378 UG students are placed and the median pacakge offered is INR 4 LPA. Prominent recruiters in SLIET recruitments are - GOOGLE, MAHINDRA, AMAZON, BYJU'S, RELIANCE etc. B.Tech placements at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) are good. During the 2022 placement drive, SLIET concluded with 358 placements, and the number of students  placed increased by 110.6% as compared to the previous year. The highest salary offered during the placement drive was INR 18 LPA, and the median salary stood at INR 4.1 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are Infosys, Cognizant, Byju's, etc. In the B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering course, almost 75-80% of students got placed, and the highest salary package offered was 21 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA.  

With a placement rate of roughly 93%, HKBK College of Engineering in Bangalore offers robust and varied placements. A specialized Career Services section at the college collaborates closely with business to create and support joint ventures.In the 2022 placement season, students were placed in companies such as Google, Adobe, Amazon, IBM, Philips, Vivo, MRF, Muthoot Fincorp, Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, GE Healthcare, MakeMyTrip, Times Internet, Asian Paints, Toyota, Cognizant, Infosys, LnT, GAAR, Sobha Developers, DLF, Bosch, Dell, SLK Software, KPMG, HCL, and many more.The lowest package offered is INR 250000 and the highest package offered is INR 2400000. All the students will get the internship opportunity. Top companies like MNC companies Google, Infosys, Amazon and others visit here.

BVRIT Hyderabad has a strong track record of placements for B.Tech students. According to available data, the highest package for the 2023 batch was offered by Palo Alto at INR 54.75 LPA. A total of 349 students were offered placements, and included top recruiters from companies including Palo Alto, Adobe, DE Shaw, Optum, Oracle, Dell, Genpact, and more. During the placement drive of the 2023 batch, 660 items were delivered to 349 students. Branch placements in the 2023 cohort were as follows: CSE (252 students), ECE (138 students), IT (179 students), and EEE (71 students).This data shows that BVRIT Hyderabad has successful placements for B.Tech students, with a wide variety of top companies participating in the placement drive.

Tripura University provides good placement opportunities for its students, including those pursuing B.Tech. Many good recruiters come and provide placements, such as TCS and Bandhan Bank.In the 2019-20 placements, the students of PG 2 year courses were offered a median salary of Rs. 2,40,000 per annum.In the same year, 69 students got jobs with a median salary of Rs. 2,40,000, and 8 students chose to pursue higher studies.The university has a placement assistance cell that remains in touch with corporates and alumni and invites them to participate in the placements.The placement assistance cell has collaborated with the equal opportunity cell of the university to help students improve their communication skills, thereby increasing their chances of getting a job. However, there is no information available on the specific placement records for B.Tech students at Tripura University.
