Minimum eligibility is 50% for BVP or any other college in Pune/Maharashtra. You can try for colleges in Karnataka as their eligibility criteria is low as compared to Pune.

See, if you are a Delhi student then you can all the government colleges of Delhi like GB Pant, Okala; Ambedkar College, etc. And other than that, all the private colleges but if your resident of other state then you might not get any of the government college as because of the 85% and 15% quota of the Delhi students.
