Hello Sohrab,
Your rank is a bit on higher side. You may not get college of your choice. However I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

You can get NIT, Silchar. But depends on which branch you want. It also depends on your category. Can you tell your category and branch you want? Then I can tell more precisely or more accurately. Thank you.

I think she should take a year drop and try next year. Sorry, but she will not get a very good college/university at this rank. Average private colleges will be always available for her. She may get central universities like HNBGU (UTTARAKHAND), NEHU (Shillong), CUH (Haryana). HNBGU has girls quota so chances are there for CSE.

With this rank, you can surely get seat in the best engineering college of your state. You can also get seat in some NITs, but that won't be good enough or you will not be able to get any nice branch. So, I would suggest you to opt the engineering college of your state.

You can't get government colleges as your chances are very very low. You can get a good private engineering college in your city/town or state. It depends on your JEE marks and your category as well. Fill the JOSSA admission form properly. Do the research on engineering colleges in your City/ State or Cities like Pune and Maharashtra which have some really good colleges.
