Your rank of 84K is quite enticing. It's in zone where everything depends on how others apply. You seem to have reasonably ok chance. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.

Firstly, you cannot get in NIT or any IIIT with this rank. So, it is better to try for any other university or you can take a gap of one year. With this rank, you may got very reputed private universities. So, I tried to attend JEE Mains counselling.

First, see your rank itself! Listen, to get a college is not a big deal but which college you are wants to choose? Is the question. Have you given WBJEE? You can take a gap of 1 year or via Management Quota you can take admission. Or, you can pursue BCA, B.Sc, Polytechnic in a reputed college.

First search out the companies of any sector in which you are willing to work. Then, take a look of what are the requirements they have been put there to recruit a person. I am sure you will get your answer then what to study along with your B.Tech in CSE.

You can easily get admission in a private college if you score more than 60% in board exams.
