If you are interested in Business or have the capability of managing a team than MBA is a good option. Engineers do find MBA easier as compare to B.E./B.Tech. Its a good option to pursue MBA after engineering. Just look at once on all the alternate options and check which suits you better.

So far my knowledge goes, Masters degree in architecture is not possible without doing B.arch.
But related to postgraduate course in architecture, domain like urban planning or likewise, you can pursue from "school of planning and architecture" from your civil background. You may visit this link for more references:

Dear Siddharth, Obviously IAS officer job is a reputed job. It offers highest salary. Money does not matter IAS job is far better than an MBA job. You will have more responsibility you will feel more comfortable.
