B.Tech CSE graduates are the most sought after graduates by Indian IT industry. Therefore, if you want to start your career, you can start your career in the industry now. If you were not selected in campus placement then you may join training companies such as Alchemy which prepare ready to deploy resources for IT industry. If you want to specialize, you may opt for M.Tech or MS. If you are not technically oriented and not good at programming, you may opt for MBA. You can also try for a job in PSUs by appearing in GATE. There are good job opportunities but the package is not good. Private companies recruitment do not offer good package and you get too much of the work load. So, apply for a particular company which have good condition in the market and try to crack the interview.
Or for better package, go for higher studies like Masters.
