If you belong to IT or CSE branch, then you can pursue Diploma in hardware and networking, network security solution or CEH ( Certificate in Ethical Hacking) course. You should clear all your backlogs and complete your graduation. Take help of you juniors and clear the backs you have in different semesters because without clearing the backlogs, you cannot get a job or pursue any other course.

If you feel you can contribute further to the growing world of technology after the completion of an M.Tech, M.Tech may be preferred. If you are confident of your skills as a manager, wish to jump to some middle or higher management level and the aim to climb the corporate ladder then MBA is not a bad choice.

If you have already done B.Tech, you must go for PGDM, which is a regular AICTE approved program. It will fetch you better placement. The starting salary will not be less than Rs.6.5 to Rs.7 LPA.
