After completing B.Tech in IT you can get job as Application Developer or Tester in an IT company or IT department of an enterprise. With experience you can reach to level of Project Manager or Application Architect in 10+ years.

Yes, there are 2 options. You can enroll for a commercial pilot course or you can join Air force.
You need to keep in mind that there are restrictions on age limit, if you want to fly. So, it's advisable to start the course of commercial pilot as early as possible.
