Hi Sheikh, try to get into job through your collage placement. Or trying yourself will be better if you go after M.Tech. You can also try for govt. jobs by giving exams while doing your M.Tech, But do what you are more interested in. All the Best. Please feel free to post more queries.

Hello Syed,
M.Tech or MBA is always an additional advantage to an engineer whether it is in terms of knowledge, experience or seniority.
Whether it be a manufacturing, IT or R&D driven organisation, there would be requirements for both M.Techs and MBAs. The former would be more of a subject matter specialist, while the latter would handle product marketing, sales, project management, human resources, IT process, consulting or customer service management.
Engineering graduates having a management degree are perfect for project management, front-end sales, field applications and customer facing jobs. However, if an organisation is innovatio

Thanks Aniket.
It is beyond my comprehension that one can do UG in mechanical and PG in electrical branch of engineering. As far as I know, it is not possible at least in any AICTE approved college.
secondly, after doing UG and PG in engineering, one should pursue Ph.D. in engineering or technology. In India, Quantum or Atomic Physics both do not fall under these categories and they come under science category. Therefore, even if somebody does so he would receive Ph.D. (science) not Ph.D. (engineering)
