Definitely it is good to go for MBA after B.Tech. With this way you can get the knowledge of both the fields like Engineering as well as management. So in my opinion you can go ahead. Hello Hussain,
2 years gap after completion of graduation in engineering before pursuing for Masters is not at all an issue. Many students go for job for couple of years to gain experience in the field and then and go for their post graduation studies. You only need to account for these two years when you apply for MS anywhere. Best wishes to you.

Hi Dhananjay, Yes, you can apply to top management institute as per your graduation score.
