After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. M.Tech is completely a technical field in which you perform different experiments and compare the results and observe the behaviour. On the other hand, M.Sc. Is dependent on the theoretical parts. I would suggest you go for M.Tech if you had done B.Tech.

You can Surbhi, eligibility criteria (qualifying exam) is pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Biosciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying test (if any). A student from Science background can study MBA. The course in more about management. Science students find it a little hard due to lack of accounts knowledge but with hard work anyone can overcome problems. Since you have technical skills I will advise you to go for MBA because management knowledge will add a star to your resume. Rest depends on what kind of job you prefer.
