If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. Some companies make the differentiation while others do not. Having said that, the difference in average pay for campus offers at top college and an average college would be somewhere around 30% and it will be largely attributable to different companies and different roles being offered. B.Tech basically it is a engineering field that deals with knowledge and creativity. BBA is a course that is meant for business interested people if you are interested in doing or executing business than go for this course. It will help you to be a part of MNCs or setup your own business.

No you can not eligible. Technical education like B.E/B.Tech courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence never do this. Its better to go with regular/part time courses available nearby you.
