After completion of BE/B.Tech one can pursue M.Tech in Agriculture which includes study like crop process engineering, firm machinery and power, soil and water conservation etc. A Ph.D degree of three years is also offered at IIT-Kharagpur, and Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi. Yes, you can do MBA in travel and tourism (after B.Tech) is a good course and has many scopes after that. It is the specialization of MBA. It is master degree and 2 years course. But. If compared to B.Tech Medical Electronic Engineer, it is definitely behind. So please think about it again. You might get very good jobs after B.Tech Electronics & Biomedical.
