B.Tech Scope

Computer Science engineering (CSE) is a very popular courses among engineering aspirants which focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Students pursuing computer Science courses will get in depth knowledge of design, implementation and management of information system of both hardware and software. So CSE course deals primarily with the theory and design of computational systems. The course is offered across the world in technical institutions at undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels awarding B.Tech and M.Tech degrees, respectively. While on other hands CSIT Students are made to learn various aspects of computer Science and information technology and the course is structured around engineering capabilities which the graduate engineer must possess. CSIT Study covers the theoretical aspects of fundamentals of computer programming and programming languages; Computer graphics and computer networks; Data structures and algorithms; Computer organisation and architecture; Computer design; Object oriented programming; Database management system; Operating system and system programming; Logic and functional programming; Artificial intelligence and expert systems. So in short Computer Science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skills. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task. Keeping the present trends of students and placement in mind CSE is the best.

The highest Annual CTC received by the Management batch is INR. Rs. 6.60 Lacs by Jaro Education Ltd. the highest Annual CTC received by the Engineering batch is INR Rs. 6.00 Lacs by Teksystems Ltd. Current overall placement percentage of University is 89.0 percent. Phase IV is still in progress. Amity Business School (ABS) MBA has achieved 93 percent of Placements.
B.Tech (CSE / ECE) has achieved 100 percent placements and B.Tech (Biotech) has achieved 85 percent placements. The highest Annual CTC offered for the Engineering Batch is INR. Rs 26.87 Lacs by Direct I. the highest Annual CTC offered to Management Batch is INR. Rs. 12.10 Lacs by Amazon India.
