Yes, The Candidates who took admission in B.Tech + M.Tech Dual Degree Programmes can avail exit option if they don’t want to pursue M.Tech just after the completion of 4 Years course period by paying INR 10,000 as an exit fee. Such students will be considered for B.Tech. alone, and not for BTech + MTech.Candidate planning to take admission in BTech at Acharya Nagarjuna University must take the ANUEET exam to become eligible for counselling, and the applicant must undergo document verification & fee payment.

The BTech in Food Technology programme got discontinued in January 2023. BAMU Aurangabad candidates can opt for various other specialisations offered under the BTech programme. The eligibility criteria to apply for the BTech programme at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University is Class 12 with a minimum of 45 percent to 50 percent aggregate. The accepted entrance exams are MHT CET, JEE Main, ICAR AIEEA, MPBSE 12th, CBSE 12th, Maharashtra HSC, and others.
