There are lots of opportunities in nanotechnology. Everything these days are getting simplified with the techniques of nano technology only. If you have interest in electronics, then you must go for b tech in nanotechnology. You will easily get placement in chip industries or can go for research as well. Best of luck.

Counselling will online through JEE Mains official website. At JEE Mains website, you will find JoSAA portal, once the registration starts. There you have to select all your preferred colleges and branches. Then seat will be allocated to you. After that you need to visit that particular college, which you got in the counselling.

You need to pursue B.Arch course to be an Architect in India. Procedure for that would be - Register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. Yes, of course you can pursue your Masters in computer Science and after B.Tech course you can go with either M.Tech course or MBA depending on your interest as both are good. Good luck.

Yes, you can take a gap of, say, a year to prepare for the various MBA entrance exams. Though it is also strongly advised to utilize this gap year productively since these exams do not require an entire year to prepare at all. Good luck.
