It differs with different universities, if you are applying in a Tier I University they select only students who have no backlogs and with good extra activities. So, when you specify a University it would be easy to say the eligibility criteria.

This would depend a lot on your long term career goals. If you intend to return to India then UK is better, however, if you intend to explore permanent settlement abroad as well then Canada is the better option as the government rules are more flexible in terms of work opportunities post MBA. Financially as well, Canada would be cheaper compared to UK.

As you have done B.Tech in IT and want compatible course then I would suggest you to go for MBA IT. Reason being you have already knowledge about IT as you did your graduation in IT so it will be easy for you to study same technology in Masters. Your concepts will become more strong after doing Masters in IT. Some of the good universities offering MBA in IT are Anna University, Chennai University, Lovely Professional University.

My advice to you is, please don't get into this field if you are an average or even an above average student. The scope of getting a job in aerospace field is very limited. In the foregoing paragraphs, I will give you a sense of competition and struggles that you will face choosing this field as your career.
