I wouldn't suggest such a change in career. You can pursue a Masters in engineering course that focuses more mathematics. However, if you think that you will not be satisfied with that, you can opt for M.Sc. M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing can be good course for you.

After this degree, you can easily get employed in pharmaceutical industry, in R&D labs, designing quality drugs for diseases, production and quality systems, biomedical industries. Top 10 things you can aim to do after B.Tech:
1) Plan out your further studies by specializing i.e. M.Tech.
2) Shift over to the business side i.e. MBA.
3) Diploma Courses: Pursuing Diploma courses is another alternative which will be available for B.Tech graduates.

5) Be your own boss-Entrepreneurship

You can go for B.Ed after your B.Tech. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed in most of the top universities is pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech or B.E. With specialisation in science and mathematics, rest it may vary with the university you choose. You can either opt for a job or higher studies. Higher studies would be a good choice. One of my friends in B.Tech chemical engineering is now going for Masters in biotechnology in the US. Finally, you should try what you feel good, I guess.

If you were not interested in technical side, then you can do MBA from top institutes for better placements and good profile jobs where you don't have to work with coding.
