That's the best combination. Since you are already done you B.Tech in IT and in addition to that, you are having the more than 5 year of core technical expertise. That's would be great if you continue your specializations. Because this does't require more efforts from your side and you will be able to cover all the critical aspects with high paying job. It's a personal choice though many experts believe going after B.Tech or Bachelor's degree gives maturity to the applicant and he/she can choose better programs and be career oriented while choosing the course. You can decide basis your interests, financial situation, stay back options, etc.
