Yes, you can do the course you want to do. There are few Master 's degrees that requires to have graduations in certain subjects before you can opt for them in MA, but this criteria varies from university to university. Other than them you can always take MA after B.E./B.Tech.

Hi Shruti Joshi,
Your chances are less for being eligible to apply in Canada. Please try in Australia, New Zealand, UK or USA. Your education background and work experience are not relevant to your desired program very clearly. You must not only demonstrate your interests but must also have the required background that is PCB in 10+2. You should write to the colleges abroad and clarify directly. Pre-requisite courses may be given to you.

Yes, you can go through JAM. Take 1 year preparation for the same since you are not a science student, you have to give time to it. If you are from civil, electronics or any physics related branch then it will be more helpful for you.

Hello Abhishek,
Both these paths lead to great potential for placements. But it should depend on your outlook. I personally feel that MBA is better.

You can do so if you have an urge of entering into the corporate world. But doing MBA will totally lead you to whole new world of management besides of technical world. If you are in love with your technical field then, doing anything in your technical field you can achieve more what you seeking by doing MBA.
Do what you really want to do. If you really want to go into the management field then you must go but think once why have you done engineering if you really want to do management then. Think twice before act. You one decision can change your whole life.

Hello Aaditya,
I feel you are thinking in right direction. As per the report by Ministry of HRD, more than 50% of fresh engineering graduates remain jobless. In such scenario, you must opt for pharma since you have a medical shop also.

Hello Javed,
Unfortunately, rules of migration or about changing college or/and University are quite tough. Practically it's not possible.
