MBA in top 50 International BSchools is very expensive. If you plan to work in India after International MBA then ROI will be poor as fee and living expenses in top International BSchools is very high. Nowadays to get work visa in top International BSchools countries such as USA, UK, France etc is full of challenges. Therefore, It s recommended that unless you can afford International MBA easily, it will be better to do MBA from top 30 BSchools in India.

Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.

The scope of Biotech is in B.Tech field is very less at present market situation. Even after M.Tech, there will be no guarantee to get job with package of INR 30K per month. My suggestion is to go for some other stream sincerely. All the best.
