In IIT, only B.Tech is available which is quite better than BE; the difference between BE and B.Tech is BE mainly deals with theoretical part while B.Tech involves practical knowledge!

Amar, there are several options after engineering in CSE like IT industry, Technical, Coding, Development, Testing and others. If you want to get government jobs then, you should go for UID, Banking, Ministry of Skill Development and others. Good luck!

M.Sc CS is equivalent to B.Tech CS. In fact, Indian IT industry treats B.Tech CS grads to be superior to M.Sc CS graduates. If you want to study further, you are advised to M.Tech CS on completion of B.Tech CS.

You can do some certification courses related to electronics/ microprocessor programming/ learn VLSI softwares. Keep applying in the companies like power plants, refineries, chip making companies.

Think about studies. How will you handle the course during course period. Job will come when it has to come. Just complete your B.Tech without any back papers and you will be recruited in a good company. It's not just good marks a employer needs. An employer looks for an skilled person.
