It really depends on which university it is & how have you performed in the same academically & holistically as the recommendation from your professors contribute towards your employment. As many of your classes are taken by industry professionals which helps for placements as well passively & the internship opportunities you may have with different companies is an equivalent opportunity to impress your employer & get better salaries. The difference is the time period. You will be usually spending 4 years for B.Tech, and if you want to do M.Tech you will then spend another 2 years. But, in case of integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, you will be doing both the degrees is 5 years. So, your time of one year and the fees will be saved. This is the advantage of integrated course.
VIT University is a top ranked university which is known for its placements, exposure and education. So, it is good to do that. But, the only thing is that they charge a lot of fees as it is a private university. If you can pay that, then you can study there which is well and good.

CS is a branch which is most likely get placed that too with a good package. All you need is good technical stuff and keep in touch with the training and placement cell. Also, GL Bajaj is a decent college. So, don't worry.
