Yes there are alot people who has repeated class 12th now working as a software engineer because in engineer there is no role aur condition that repeated ones can not take admission so people can do software engineer after repeating 12th.

Sharda University its fees structure is also good . JSS academy of technical education its provide a decent package also.Graphic Era University KCC institute of technology and management. These are having good placement cells also . There are many other colleges but these the most popular.
