The cut-off ranks of SKCET (Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology) Coimbatore for B.Tech admissions 2024 differ in relation to the course. For instance, the cutoff rank for B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science for Round 1 was around 7942, while for BE Computer Science and Engineering it was 8226. Other courses such as civil and mechanical engineering showed much higher cutoff ranks as civil reached the 23912 mark in Round 1. These cutoffs are based on the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) and are subject to change every year based on demand and several other factors.

With a score of 42 marks in TS EAPCET, it is unlikely that you will be eligible for admission to B.Tech programs in top-tier colleges, as the cutoff ranks for popular branches tend to be much higher. However, you can still participate in the counseling process, as your eligibility will depend on factors such as the overall number of candidates, seat availability, and your category (SC, ST, etc.). Eligibility criteria to pursue CSE For eligibility for a BTech in CSE, candidates must have passed the Class 12 exam from an accredited board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their core courses. A minimum cumulative score of 60% in the aforementioned subjects is also required of candidates.The cutoff ranks for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Calcutta for the 2024 WBJEE Round 2 were between 634 and 4348 for the General AI category. The B.Tech in CSE was the most competitive course in this category.

Hello!Yes, you can pursue PhD in Economics after completing BTech in any stream. There are many colleges that allow only studnets who have completed a Masters in Economics or a related field, but some colleges also allow students from other backgrounds to take admission in Doctorate in Economics degree.
