Distance BTech education refers to a UG-level degree that is offered in irregular mode of education. The course is flexible in nature and is convenient for students as they can opt for distance BTech degree from the comfort of their homes without having to travel every day. Distance BTech usually follows the same syllabus as regular BTech courses, focusing on concepts like Computer Programming, Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Data Structures, Analog Circuits, and Machine Design. Other subjects will depend on the specialisation opted for by the students.

Yes, it is worth pursuing BTech at Manipal University as the university has been granted the Institution of Excellence status by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It is a private university and has been accredited A+ by NAAC. The flagship programmes offered at Manipal University are BTech and MBA. Yes, candidates can defenitely get admission at IIITDM Kancheepuram BTech course. The  cutoff 2024 has been concluded with the release of Round 7. As per the Round 7 data, 50000 rank is more than enough to get into IIITDM Kancheepuram, where the cutoff ranged from 21841 to 60775 for the General AI category candidates.
