It depends on the policies of the university and the college you wish to transfer to. Some universities may allow transfers between affiliated colleges, while others may not. Additionally, the college you wish to transfer to may have its own policies regarding transferring students. It is best to speak with the registrar or admissions office of both your current college and the college you wish to transfer to in order to determine what the transfer process entails and if it is possible.
