I think before exams of the first year, you can change but if you enroll for the exam, you can't change your course.

B.A. Hons in maths comes with some additional subjects. So better to do BA Hons as it has more value and better job prospects.

The course of English Hons should be taken from a college giving you best faculty along with a good library and wide platform and exposure for events outside the campus too. Look for some such enterprising universities like Lady Sri Ram College, Miranda, LPU which would boost your career and make you a more confident personality which take the world by storm.
