Yes, you can teach second and third class students even if your B.Ed. Most schools require a B.Ed degree to teach basic subjects, irrespective of your basic education. Having a B.Ed, you meet the special qualification to teach the minors. Schools are often looking for ways to cater to young children and teach them the basics. Your knowledge of English literature can really help you learn English in these courses. Always check specific school requirements as they may vary.

It might seem a little far-fetched to pursue Artificial Intelligence and English Honours together as the nature of both are poles apart, but that is something we will understand. While AI is primarily taught as part of technical or engineering programs, English Honours on the other hand are an undergraduate course with humanity at its core. Although there are few innovative academic programs, combining these two types of educational goals is generally not feasible. Investing time exploring integrated programs or studying one field as a major and the other as minor / elective. Obviously, whether you can do this or not is something best

There's no need to download the application form because your son can fill out the application form online on the website of a particular university when they start the admission process.  Also, you can apply directly in private universities with few required documents like the copy of the 12th marksheet and transfer certificate etc.

No, there is no entrance exam required to take admission for B.A (Hons) in English at Punjab University. To be eligible for B.A (Hons) in English at Punjab University one must pass class 12th from a recognised board from any stream, but one must have studied English. Admission to the university is based on merit in class 12th. So, score higher to get good college.I hope it will help.
