The 250-acre BBAU Lucknow campus is furnished with contemporary IT infrastructure, hotel accommodations, and a bank.The BBAU in Lucknow has a central library, a gym, a cricket pitch, and a hospital. The infrastructure is well-maintained.There are many of books, journals, and other reading materials in the BBAU's central library in Lucknow. There is also a canteen at the campus that offers a selection of food products at reasonable pricing.

No, hostel accommodation is not compulsory at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) in Lucknow. However, the institution provides hostel facilities to satisfy the students' housing needs. Except for those who have already utilised hostel amenities, students enrolled to any normal full-time programme of study are entitled to apply for hostel housing.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow accepts CUET PG scores for admission to various postgraduate courses. BBAU CUET PG cutoff 2023 has been released upto Round 5. However, considering the last round merit list 2023 for BBAU, the CUET PG marks ranged between 125 and 53 for the General category students.
