I don't think there is any issue. You will be eligible for Bachelor in physiotherapy course provided you fulfill all other educational requirements. As far as I know, all government institutions also have some amount of reservation for PWDs. I think what matters the most is your skills and attitude towards the course or job.

There is nothing to worry about this. As when you will have admission you will be given an opportunity to provide the phone numbers of your parents you can do so. If you are wondering you can male them about the editing of application process and do so. I would suggest you to just focus on your counselling and getting admission and when you will report for offline admission you can do this formalities of providing all the correct details.

Nursing Program Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with at least 50% aggregate marks. The candidate needs to be an unmarried female citizen of India.
