If the  course you want to take requires only 3 subjects, in that case keeping extra subjects may lead to unnecessary preparation burden and confusion during the exam.Prepearing for the require subject will result in better scores. So I think you should correct it , if the correction window is still open. But if these act as backup and does not cause extra streen then you can leave them as it is.

In JET for UG agriculture programs, out of these 5 subjects: Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. You have to select any three subjetcs, so since you already have knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I would suggest you to with thses three subjetcs. But keep in mind:Sometimes there are courses those have specific subjet requirements, like B.Tech in Food Technology madates students to have studied, physics, chemistry and mathematics. So you can't get this course with PCB.
