Yes, you can become a Chef after 10th. There are few certification courses in food production in which 10th pass students can also take admission. The Hotel School, Delhi offers the certification course in food production and the eligibility criteria to take admission is 10th pass. If you want to become a chef you should do BHM but B.Sc. Will keep your options open if you want to change or pursue some other course in future.

If you want to become a chef then you should take admission in 1 year specialization courses.
1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, European etc. The course is specialization course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
