You need to concentrate on all the four departments I.e. food production, food and beverage, accommodation operations and Front office. During IET, you could convince the hotel and concentrate only on the kitchen. But when are in college you are expected to focus on all the departments because the course is about hotel management and hospitality administration which teaches you how all the departments operates.
All the best!
