The first thing that comes to my mind by the word chef is passion, to work as a chef one has to be very passionate. To start a good career in food Production or to be a chef you should have a Degree in hospitality or hotel management or a diploma in same. Basically, you should be a hospitality graduate and then you can get into a management trainee program and after the completion of the program you will be a JR.
