Dear Ithakdeep, it completely depends on the focus or interest of the student. B.com will obviously open up opportunities into the field of commerce and Accountancy. However, if the child is more interested into getting admission into becoming a chef than hotel management course would be better. Becoming a chef is also a highly respectful path into the career. One can earn good name and fame by opting and making a career into it. As both are two different fields one can not have "or" into the path of career as it will only increase the ambiguity. Culinary Arts. Take up courses related to culinary arts like BA in Culinary Arts or Diploma in Culinary Arts. That will help you grow in this field.

There are institutions providing Diploma courses in Culinary Arts. That will help you to build skills required to become a chef.

You can do it from any of the IHMs across the country.
IHM-Delhi and IHM-Mumbai are the best institutes for the same.
