The option of hotel management is both apparent and wise. You might, however, take the opposite route and begin working as apprentices at restaurants to directly learn the art. A excellent patisserie school is the place to go if you're interested in learning how to make desserts. But keep in mind that just because you like to cook doesn't mean you'll appreciate being a chef. More than what you SEE on Masterchefs is involved. Decide after doing some research on your main objective!
In India, there is no shortage of top-notch programmes in hotel management. Cheers!
