You have 2 options:
1. You can do a hotel management Bachelor degree (3 years) where you'll get training in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverages (F&B) and Kitchen from Universities like
Indian Institute of Hotel Management (Taj Group), Oriental School of Hotel Management,Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
But if you are keen only to specialise in cooking then,
2 You can take a diploma certification course at in the following training Institutes. These course are for 6-18 months and most have entrance exams which are held in April/ May so you really need to start preparing for the test and finalise your course.
National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology- Diploma in Food Production, Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (1.2 yrs)
Culinary Academy of India- Certificate Course in food production and Patisserie (1.5 yrs)
Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration Valley View- PG DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS( 1yr)
Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management- MBA in Hotel Management and Catering Science( 2 year)
Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa- Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery, Craftsmanship Course in Food Production & Patisserie (1 year)(upper age limit is 22)
Amrapali Institute of Hotel Management-Certificate Course in Food Production (1 year)
Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development-Diploma in Kitchen Management
International Institute of Culinary Arts - Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie, Diploma in Bakery & Patisserie, Hobby Chef Courses (1 year)
Good International Institutes are: The Hotel and Tourism School, Les Roches, Swiss Hotel Management School, Swiss Hotel Management School, Cornell University School of Hotel Management and Administration.
