Hi sakshi, If you have already decided that ultimately you want to be a chef then why to waste your 3 years doing B.Com. I would suggest you to go ahead directly to pursue hotel management course. According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Usually according to the norms of UGC this degree is of 4 years duration that means 8 semesters will be there.
