Dear krishna raj bhatta. most of the private universities including government universities are stopped the course. they are directly taking Ph.D admissions. but there is a possibility with Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, AP offers M.Phil courses in Human resource management, and Andhra University, visakhapatnam. offers the course. try for it.
