Hi Neel. No it rarely happens only if our President and Head of admission allow and agreed to change your institute. You must contact admission cell well before in this matter before joining. It will be helpful for you if you come clear. It can happen only if seats are vacant or any student left out the college after joining.

How will I get the time to study for exams? There are no holidays for college and sometimes college timing becomes 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Yes there are no holidays, and 8to 8 college timing.
But 8to 8 college timing is not regularly.
You just have to revise it in evening every day.
