The basic eligibility criteria to pursue BAMS (Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery) degree is qualifying class 12th or an equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology and preferably Sanskrit as subjects studied, along with a reasonably high percentage of marks in the aggregate and clearing the different national and state level entrance exams. So, if you meet the eligibility, then you can apply to any state as per your wish.

Hello Sahil,
You should do M.Tech because you have done B.Tech, so M.Tech will be good for you, rather than BAMS.

It must be your decision whether to choose MBBS or BAMS. MBBS is allopathy, while BAMS is ayurveda. MBBS will provide you little more income and respect, but to get more respect and income, you have to do Ph.D after MBBS.
Best of luck.

The salary of the two MD doctors obviously will differ. MBBS MD doctors get paid more than the BAMS MD doctor usually, but in some hospitals BAMS if preferred over MBBS. Your salary also grow as soon as you gain experience.
