BAMS is a better option. There is a good scope in BAMS. As for the jobs, alternative medicine practitioners have lots of scope in medical field such as counseling, mental or physical therapy, healthcare department, naturopathic doctor, etc. Professional in this field gets training and motivation to develop their knowledge.
For some career in this field may need additional knowledge, certification and education. A graduate in alternative medicine can seek career option in following areas such as researcher, practitioners in ayurvedic and homeopathic, hospitals, dispensaries and in government sectors.

Actually, It is very hard to answer because nothing is superior or inferior. It is how we perceive things. So, salary will vary from person to person depending upon their personal skills. But in most of the cases, BDS will be better in terms of salary.

The best and most sought after qualifying among AYUSH doctors is MS (Ayurveda). So, definitely opt for this course. It will fetch you name, fame and wealth.

In India, all courses in emergency medicine require MBBS as minimum qualification. So, you won't find emergency medicine course for BAMS doctors.

According to me, BHMS is a better option.
After the completion of BHMS, you may find employment as:
-Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
-Medical representative at a private or government hospital.
-Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
-You may start personal clinic.
-You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.
-You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
-You may start your own pharmacy.
-You may work in public and private sector.
-You may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.

You can pursue BHMS, BPT, BAMS or BUMS and also, if you are able to solve mathematics, you can take B.Tech in food technology.
