Both the courses are similar and the difference lies in the kind of approach the course offers. M.Sc is for those who come from a science stream and M.A is for those who are keen to pursue a career in Psychology but hail from a non-science background. With govt running a program called AYUSH, there are ample opportunities after BAMS in master's or diplomas. Here is the list:

Both are different fields,
BAMS deals with ayurvedic medicine so after this you can get a job in government hospitals, private ayurvedic medicine companies, spa and can also run your own clinic.
whereas after doing physiotherapy you can get a job in private and government hospitals. Physiotherapists are in great demand in sports field. You can also practice on your own.
Well its solely depends on your interest that which one you would like to go for but I will recommend you BAMS.
