With govt running a program called AYUSH, there are ample opportunities after BAMS in master's or diplomas. Here is the list:
1. Master of Business Administration in Ayurveda Pharmacy
2.Master of Business Administration in Geriatric Care Management
3. Post Graduate Diploma in Panchkarma
4. Doctor of Medicine in Agadtantra
5. Doctor of Medicine in Ayurved Siddhant and Darshana
6. Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda - Basic Principles

8. Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda - Dravya Guna

BAMS deals with ayurvedic medicine so after this you can get a job in government hospitals, private ayurvedic medicine companies, spa and can also run your own clinic.
whereas after doing physiotherapy you can get a job in private and government hospitals. Physiotherapists are in great demand in sports field. You can also practice on your own.
Well its solely depends on your interest that which one you would like to go for but I will recommend you BAMS.
