Transferring to Banaras Hindu University (BHU) after finishing the first semester at a different university is usually not allowed. BHU generally expects students to start their programme from the first semester following its admission procedures, which involve entrance exams like CUET for undergraduate courses. Nevertheless there may be a exceptions in cases like moving between affiliated colleges or certain interuniversity agreements and also these are uncommon and require approval from the university authorities. For advice tailored to your specific situation it's best to reach out to BHUs admissions office straightly.
