For admission to the course, eligible candidates are needed to qualify a relevant entrance examination, conducted at any of institute, state and national levels. There is an option of campus placement after B.Com but it totally depends on your hardwork and performance.
Your CV should be strong to get placement.
Also, it depends on your academic records plus internships.

Banasthali has a good name and fame obviously. Also, if you want to do M.Sc. from Jaipur, then IIS University has the best biotech department. After that, you can go for PhD for research.
NET and JRF are other options.
