In BMCRI NEET score is the only criteria to secure admission in the MBBS programme offered by BMCRI.For MBBS programme, students are selected on the basis of their performance in NEET. Students can analyze their performance on the basis of NEET cutoff. Besides this, students need to-Pass (10+2) with subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually. 50% marks in PCB For admission to the MBBS course.One needs to complete 17 years of age by the December 31 of the admission year.

The cutoff trend for medical Courses at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 23995. In 2022, it decreased to 6483. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 27411 to 7270 for OBC, 118345 to 83122 for SC, 150783 to 11984 for ST, 30898 to 19603 for EWS, 447179 to 139982 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.

Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For last year, the closing rank for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 6483 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute other than General category are - 7270 for OBC, 83122 for SC, 11984 for ST, 19603 for EWS, 139982 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.
