The answer of this question can be given by seeing the rankings of the Institute. Then was ranked #16 in Banglore and #18 in Karnataka by India Today. The Institute cannot be said as the best, but it is one of the best colleges in Banglore. It has been rated 3.6 out of 5 by students on Shiksha. The faculties, placements, infrastructure of the Institute are decent. Overall the Institute is good for any student trying to make his/her career in the feild of management. So, it cannot be said as the best, but it's a good Institute.

Yes, students from Bangalore can apply to Rajiv Gandhi College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAGACOVAS) for BVSc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) programs.
